RutaCloud CX — a customer-communications platform operated by RutaCloud (Miami, FL, USA). Last updated: 2026.
These Terms govern use of RutaCloud CX ("the Service"), a platform that lets a business's own agents handle customer conversations and comments across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other connected channels, together with call-center analytics. By creating an account or connecting a social account, you agree to these Terms.
Access is limited to authorized staff of the business that owns the account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the activity of accounts you create. You must have the authority to connect any business social account you link to the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business communication with your own customers, in compliance with the terms and policies of each connected platform (including Meta and TikTok) and applicable law. You will not use the Service to send spam, harass, or violate any third party's rights.
Message and comment delivery is provided through third-party platforms (e.g. Meta's WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook APIs and TikTok's APIs), subject to those platforms' own terms. Access tokens you grant are stored securely and used only to operate the Service for your account; you may revoke access at any time.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Data processed through the Service belongs to the business that owns the account.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, RutaCloud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms or the Service; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect any account at any time.
